Do I need an email address to create an account?
Yes, you'll need your own email address. It can be a work address, or a home one provided by your ISP or other email service, such as GMail, or Yahoo.

I'm a Medical Officer, do I need to create an account?
No, an account has already been set up for you. See the Medical Officer information page.

I haven't received my activation email.
If you didn't receive your activation email (after a few minutes) try these tips:
  • Did you use an active email address?
  • Is the activation email in your spam / junk / bulk folder? Look for an email from with the subject line "CYWHS Education & Training Online Learning: account confirmation"
  • Add to your email address book.
If, after following the suggestions above, you still haven't received the activation email:
  • try registering again. You may have typed your email address incorrectly.
  • email your course co-ordinator. If you're unable to register again because your "email address is taken", email your course co-ordinator and request a manual activation. Your course co-ordinator will then forward your request to the relevant website administrator. It's best if you can send the email from the email account you used to register, as this will speed up the activation process.

I've forgotten my username and/or password!
Go to the Forgotten Password page and enter your username (if you remember it) OR the username you used to register on this website. Your username and a new password will be emailed to you.

I need to enrol in a course, but I can't remember the enrolment key.
Your course co-ordinator will be able to re-issue you the enrolment key. See the list of course co-ordinators for contact information.
